Why so Serious? - at work

One to one

Are you looking for a tailored personal practice? This service is for those who are looking for some focussed tuition. The sessions are tailored completely to the individual. Please complete the contact form at the bottom of the page and I'll get in touch to discuss what help you are looking for.

Not Yoga

I teach at Not Yoga's studio in Reddish on Wednesday evenings from 18:30 to 19:30. The classes are active and light on the spirituality, I try and make some cool playlists to go with my flows. You can book directly through Not Yoga. Click here to book.

Seeds to trees - Kids

All classes are co-created with those attending. I think it makes them more fun and more connecting. Yoga, like anything, is a journey. Starting it is the only thing that matters. All classes incorporate movement and breath work at a level appropriate for the people in the class.

Warriors - sports teams

Playing any sport to a high level requires both physical capability and mental stability and focus. Yoga is the perfect union of those. Enabling you to bring your very best to training and competition.

Beginner Yoga

These classes run month to month. Starting each month with an introduction to yoga and then building over the course of the month and then starting again. You will move on from this class as it is the only way to keep it a true beginners class.
