One to one

Are you looking for a tailored personal practice? This service is for those who are looking for some focussed tuition. The sessions are tailored completely to the individual. Please complete the contact form at the bottom of the page and I'll get in touch to discuss what help you are looking for.

Seeds to trees - Kids

All classes are co-created with those attending. I think it makes them more fun and more connecting. Yoga, like anything, is a journey. Starting it is the only thing that matters. All classes incorporate movement and breath work at a level appropriate for the people in the class.

Warriors - sports teams

Playing any sport to a high level requires both physical capability and mental stability and focus. Yoga is the perfect union of those. Enabling you to bring your very best to training and competition.

Family and Community

Yoga sometimes takes itself too seriously. But yoga is a really fun thing to do as a collective and builds amazing bonds and connections! All the benefits can still be achieved whilst playing, being silly and laughing a lot! And you can learn some new stuff too!
