Hi, I'm Sam, the Growth and Culture Coach
I'm on a mission to help positive impact organisations thrive!

I do that with bespoke workshops and consultancy services designed to give you the skills, tools and knowledge to grow with confidence.

I offer a range of services including sales health checks; why so serious? workshops; training, mentoring and coaching; as well as business communication therapy.

I only work with businesses that fit my IWEPS criteria - Intention is good, World needs it, Environmentally conscious, People treated well, Socially conscious.

My experience
I worked in sales for 12 years in the tech and travel sectors. I have experience in B2B and B2C environments and a deep understanding of sales, people and the connection of both with all departments in a business.
I spent the majority of my sales career working for a winter sports travel business call NUCO Travel. This boutique student travel business has grown into one of the largest and best in the UK. They acquired Erna Low a few years ago and seem to be going from strength to strength.
Softcat PLC is where I did my foundational sales training. If you work in the IT sector, you will know Softcat have a reputation for having some of the best sales people in the industry. Their 3 week sales programme was a great foundation for my sales knowledge and working with some very talented sales people is both inspiring and educational.

I am also now a qualified kids and adults yoga teacher. I incorporate this into my role as The Growth and Culture Coach using movement, play and silliness to help facilitate conversations and ease friction between teams or for learning/adopting new concepts.
Got a question?

I try to manage my digital time to ensure optimal mental health - quite important for a yoga teacher! - so it could take me a couple of days to get back to you.
